Some people think that a leader should have a full complete set of skillsets, knowledge, characteristics, and abilities to handle any problems, challenges, or opportunities that come along. This myth of the "complete leader" can cause stress and frustration for leaders and their teams due to wrong expectations and deliverables.... No one person could possibly stay on top of everything, and the sooner leaders stop trying to be all things to all people, the better off their organizations will be. Great leaders know that their team is the backbone of the company and any success the organization achieves comes from its employee’s love of the company, the belief in the vision, and a strong attachment to the company’s purpose. All these aspects has to be part of Leader's Self-Awareness.
